Domaine Des Aubuisières/ Bernard Fouquet Vouvray Sec 2024 Size::1 Bottle La Tonnelle must
Description
La Tonnelle must
The high skin/low juice ratio in 2016 shows on the dry finish: there is a nice persistence and yet this isn’t a big rich wine
Aromas of of fresh fruits such as plums and strawberries
white peach and strawberry fruits have a supple feel across the palate with some musk and spice nuances lying underneath
This wine is fermented with a portion of whole bunches (20%) and raised only in large 5000-litre Grenier foudre
Domaine Des Aubuisières/ Bernard Fouquet Vouvray Sec 2024 Size::1 Bottle La Tonnelle mustPale yellow in colour with a very reserved nose. The palate is dominated by minerals, with citrus and floral aromas to balance out the minerality, with some melon and crimson apple and lemon peel to compliment the minerals. Also showing good acidity.
